Insurance Inspections

Insurance companies require inspections for many reasons. We are qualified to inspect and report for insurance required inspections. These can include: wind mitigations, four-points, roof-certification inspections, or others. Whether you are purchasing a new home, shopping for insurance, or having a new roof put on, you can be required to have these inspections completed.

Mold Inspections

The first thing to understand about mold is that there is a little mold everywhere – indoors and outdoors. It’s in the air and can be found on plants, foods, dry leaves, and other organic materials. It’s very common to find molds in homes and buildings. After all, molds grow naturally indoors. And mold spores enter the home through doorways, windows, and heating and air conditioning systems. Spores also enter the home on animals, clothing, shoes, bags and people.

Looking to purchase a property for your business? We offer commercial inspections that inspect electrical, roof, plumbing, HVAC, structural, and more! Your business investment should be protected as well just as if it were your personal home.

02. New Construction

New construction homes should be inspected by a third-party home inspector as well. There are many issues that go undetected by the builder which a home inspector can recommend further evaluation or repairs on.

03. Phase Inspections

If you are having a home built, we can inspect different phases of your home’s process! We will inspect in three phases: before the foundation is poured, a pre-drywall inspection to inspect systems and framing, and a final inspection as everything is coming together.

04. Water Testing

Water quality is probably the most common concern and the one most often tested for. Typically, a basic water quality test will check pH, water hardness, the presence of fluoride, sodium, iron and manganese, plus bacteria such as E-coli. Additionally, water may be tested for the presence of lead or arsenic.

05. Pre-Listing

With a pre-listing inspection, you can find out what is wrong before you list, better market your home, and overall sell your home faster for more money! A pre-listing inspection by our home inspection experts can help you negotiate before a buyer purchases their own home inspector!

06. Radon Testing

Radon is a naturally occurring radioactive gas. It is released during the natural decay of uranium, which is found in most rock and soil and its occurrence in the state is influenced primarily by geology. Radon is odorless, invisible, and without taste, and cannot be detected with the human senses. The only way to detect it is to test for it.
